Barber fought Jessica Eye in UFC 276 on July 2nd the 2nd of July, 2022. She replaced Casey O'Neill. This was a unanimous win for Barber. Her contract ended with UFC following the fight however, Barber signed a new contract in subsequent years. Barber defeated Andrea Lee in her last fight on March 25, 2023 during UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by a majority decision.
